Detouring from a career in geology brewer Steve Plowman together with his wife Hayley founded Hallertau Brewery in 2005. Hallertau has developed into a 250 seater restaurant, brew pub and Biergarten. Hallertau continue to innovate and lead the way within the beer scene.
