Founder Craig Cooper began the Bach Brewing Company in 2013. Working with the brew team at Steam Brewing Co., Bach produces an exceptional range of multiple medal-winning beers. 2018 was huge, winning Champion New Zealand Exhibitor Trophy at the NZ Beer Awards along with six other awards including: TROPHY Billfish APA; GOLD Kingtide Pacific IPA and SILVER for Shaka Lager.

With origins going back to the 2000’s and Limburg Brewery in Hawke’s Bay, Bach Brewing was established in Auckland in 2013 by the Cooper family. Since then Bach has gathered a trophy cabinet full of awards across beer styles, and in 2019 won top honour as the New Zealand Beer Awards – Champion Brewer Exhibitor.
